Frequently Asked Questions

 I do not currently take insurance.  Moment at Hand Counseling & Consulting is considered an "out-of-network" provider. What this means is that at the end of each month I will provide you with an invoice to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

I accept Venmo/Zelle and all major credit cards as methods of payment for therapy services. I am also an approved ESA vendor.

 I see clients 12 years of age and older.

 I work with many mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, stress, relationship issues, family issues, anxiety attacks, mood disorders, ADHD, developmental and attachment trauma, dissociative disorders, low self-esteem, life transitions, and more.  

 I realize that life happens and try to work with every client individually as situations come up. No-shows and late cancellations (canceling with less than 24 hours before the appointment) will incur a late fee of $100. 

 The horse property is located in Gilbert near Power Rd. and Chandler Heights. You will be given the address before your first session. 

This is a working horse property. While the content of our sessions will be confidential and we have plenty of private space to work, we are unable to control the outside environment. We may occasionally see ranch workers and/or boarders with their horses. 

All counseling sessions via telehealth are $150/hr.

Equine-assisted psychotherapy and in-person sessions are $175/hr.

For professionals: Clinical Supervision and Consultation is $150/hr. EAP consultation in-person with horses is $175/hr. 

EMDR Certification is $150/hr and groups of 2 or more are $75/hr per person.
