That's why I offer teletherapy services that allow us to connect from the comfort of your own home. Our teletherapy sessions are secure, private, and convenient.

In equine–assisted psychotherapy, we partner with horses in different therapeutic ways. Horses have a unique ability to read human emotions and energy. Working with horses allows us to build deep connections and relationships and shows us where unhealthy relationship patterns emerge. Horses help reduce stress and offer a pure and authentic way to process trauma. Many of the other benefits of EAP include learning how to connect with yourself and others and form healthy relationships.

Parenting can be complex and challenging. My parenting services are here to help you navigate through the challenges and build stronger relationships. I work with families of all sizes and backgrounds to help them communicate better, resolve conflicts, and build stronger bonds. I am not an expert on your kids. I am an expert in child development, trauma, and parent-child relationships. So between us, we are going to work together to create healthy relationships.

I have worked with foster/adopt families, CPS, blended families, and have taught parenting classes for private groups and for CPS. Parenting is hard.
